This blog has been created as a support and a window for my dissertation work, at Bournemouth Unievrsity, for a Master in Business Administration (MBA).
The dissertation is about creating a development team for working in accordance to Agile Software Development. In particular the aim of the work is to create a framework for choosing the right agile and flexible people, and to come up with a team with a strong level of diversity, in order to have a lively group of IT specialists, who are able to come out with new innovative and inspirational ideas.
At the same time the team must be able to deal with and manage the continuos changes in the requirements that are typical of software development.
